Doctor Farimond as per MedicalNewsToday, withdrawal symptoms can last up to 9 days and the intensity varies depending on consumption of caffeine.

If you want to still boost your energy but not with the caffeine-fueled drink, why not follow the American Heart Association’s guidance and eat more protein and carbohydrates.
Besides being excellent fuel for a workout, they will keep you energized and full for longer than a fizzy can of soda would.
To help your body generate energy, Healthline also suggests you include naturally present vitamins such magnesium.
Vitamin or mineral deficiency could lead to fatigue, the experts noted.
